I would like to thank the surgery staff (receptionist, nurses and GP), for the reassurance, support and patience they showed me during my recent visit, whilst waiting for an ambulance (which I had foolishly declined earlier) to take me to A&E From my telephone call in the morning requesting an appointment, to leaving the surgery just over four hours later, I can only praise the staff for the service provided then and on other visits to the surgery.
